Our total liability to you for all damages shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Natrona County, Wyoming.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
